NEW “Body and Brain” Fitness Classes for those with Parkinson’s Disease!

4/22/16 – I was contacted by a friend who showed me this boxing program that is helping to slow the progression of Parkinson’s. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/fighting-back-against-parkinsons-in-the-ring/ She wanted to know if I was interested in starting my own program.  Um, yes!  Health is my passion and I love sharing health with everyone.  So after much researching, I put together a program that includes boxing, but has 9 other elements important for those managing PD. April is Parkinson’s Awareness Month.
