Nemesis: An opponent or rival whom a person “has difficulty” overcoming. What is one of your “nemesis” yoga postures?

This standing pose is one of mine. But doing it upside in the hammock, I get the benefit on the hips and additional bonus of tractioning the spine, without having to balance.
