Now on EVERY Thursday at 4:15pm and Saturday at 11:30am. It’s a great way to mix in with other exercise routines to build overall strength and flexibility!

This is another great class for beginners and more advanced students will continue to be challenged too. Conditioning is essential and each apparatus offers something truly unique. It’s a great cross training class for other sports or activities you might engage in.
Imagine a playground for adults, where we flow through a circuit of different aerial apparatus; silks, hammocks, cloud swing, smooth rope, trapeze, and lyra. We will peak your interest, your funny bone, and your biceps in the same class. Men really love this class. It’s a cross between rock climbing, pilates, the jungle gym, and dodgeball. (without the ball) What I mean is, it’s a super fun, super great workout. Good news though, we never get sore here at Learning2Fly. We only become more and more AWARE of how strong we are getting. Come join your fellow flyers.
Strength and flexibility meet and complement each other in this class. It’s a pace yourself as you go class, but teachers at Learning2Fly will guide you safely to your new edges.
